OUR MISSION
Visionspire is the passion project of Andrew Kung, founder and president of Andrew Kung Group – a commercial production company in Louisville, Kentucky. Andrew leads with humility and generosity, serving as an example for our crew and community (just don’t tell him we said that).
Visionspire is a growing ecosystem for the visual arts industry built by photographers for photographers. We provide an immersive platform where members can thrive in a synergistic environment by learning, applying, and achieving through case-studies, workshops, professional networking, and easy-to-understand fundamentals. Members can also be mentored by real-world professionals, thus, adding more depth to their skill set and practical experience.
Visionspire provides many other tools to encourage business development, such as affordable rental gear, post-processing actions and presets, and practical tutorials. Members will find that they can easily apply our lessons and tools to progress along a smoother and faster trajectory than in traditional academic environments.
We believe that the path to success can be made more accessible and inclusive. With educational resources and practical, real-world application, we fully supplement the traditional academic path of learning. Regardless of whether you are currently enrolled in a traditional academic program, you will find that our ecosystem provides you with applicable tools for accelerated, immersive learning.
OUR VALUES
At Visionspire, we value integrity, humility, and diversity.
It is our duty to provide an environment as a catalyst for professional and creative development – an inclusive atmosphere that is synergistic and symbiotic for all members to thrive. We want to give back to our community and offer our experience to help inspire and motivate others.
Regardless of skill or experience level, all are welcome in our community. We believe that openness and collaboration produce the most personal and professional growth, so we encourage our members to ask questions, get involved, and support one another.
OUR TEAM
We love what we do, and we do a lot. Meet the team that keeps things running smoothly:

He loves traveling out West, particularly in Sedona and San Diego, sharing cute animal videos, and experimenting with cocktails like he’s the personal mixologist for Bill Murray (his words, not ours).
