PLUME – LIGHTROOM & PHOTOSHOP PRESET COLLECTION
This collection of presets creates a film-like aesthetic due to reduction in overall contrast and clarity. Many of the Plume presets decrease luminosity in red and yellow hues, increase midtones, and selectively treat color by split toning highlights and shadows. Each version also makes green hues daker and slightly more blue. The Plume Collection was inspired by keywords such as “nostalgic,” “timeless,” and “grit.”
Plume Neutral creates a minimalist, filmic look with overall reduced clarity. It also produces cooler highlights and greener shadows to create rich, stylized images. Plume 1 is warmer, flattering for skin tones, and uses slightly more contrast than other presets in the collection. Plume 2 is brighter and warmer with some red and magenta treatment. Plume 3 features a subtle red color wash, where reds appear darker and more magenta. The Plume 4 preset creates a cooler image with slightly more contrast and cyan tones throughout. Plume 5 is the warmest in the collection with a green, vintage tint, while Plume 6 features an even bolder green wash with blue-green shadows.
This collection includes 7 total presets: Plume Neutral, Plume 1, Plume 2, Plume 3, Plume 4, Plume 5, and Plume 6. In Adobe Photoshop/Adobe Camera Raw, you can adjust the intensity of your preset by duplicating and applying it to your original image at various opacity levels.
